Glenhaven Cabin was first opened in January of 2000. It is built on the
edge of the Troyer farm in a 6-acre, secluded and private meadow. It is a genuine
log cabin, built with logs that were shipped from Montana. It has a cozy,
peaceful atmosphere due to its structure and location. Although it may
take one back to the days of "Ma & Pa" in the Big Woods, it has all of today's
conveniences and amenities from carpeted floors,
remote controlled gas fireplace, to satellite TV. |
|
|

The goal of Glenhaven Cabin is to create a place where one can come to get away from all the
demands of a busy schedule and be refreshed in body and spirit.
The kitchen is fully furnished with
cookware, dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils, electric stove, microwave,
refrigerator, oak dining set with 4 chairs, and a gas grill on a deck right off
the kitchen. Continental breakfast food is furnished for your first
morning's stay.

The living room features a remote controlled gas fireplace, TV with VCR,
sleeper sofa, and comfy sofa and chair. The loft is roomy and has a
queen size log bed, Jacuzzi, half bath, TV, hickory rocker, and extra quilts and
pillows.
There are books, magazines, candles, and board games throughout the cabin.
The first floor has a full bathroom and a washer and dryer. Glenhaven
has 3 porches: one off the kitchen with a gas grill, a screened porch with
wicker furniture facing the east to watch the sunrise, and one facing west with
rockers to watch the sunset.
